Step One - Contact

Step Two - Personal Visit
If time allows, Gary arranges a personal visit (within Continental USA) or a tele/conference call. Contract is signed, the deposit is paid (50%), dates, travel arrangements and accommodations quickly finalized.
Step Three - Questionnaire
A questionnaire (logistics, key issues, expectations, equipment, etc.) is sent to the company or organization along with Gary's AV requirements.
Step Four - Arrival
Arrival, usually the afternoon prior to the event, AV testing, dinner and a good night's rest.
The Summit - Presentation
The Presentation and further interaction and/or involvement with colleagues, associates, directors, shareholders, employees and friends.
Gary Guller's professional fee or honorarium is inclusive of domestic air travel within the continental USA. The company or organization will be responsible for airport transfers and hotel accommodation, AV Equipment and miscellaneous expenses.
