In addition to our signature programs, we are happy to adapt all our programs to specific contexts, and conduct them as customized training workshops for organizations.  The workshops are designed with inputs from the leadership team, and thorough diagnostic groundwork.

Meeting the challenges of success in the contemporary, hyper-competitive milieu requires rethinking our perceptions.  Organizations need to be refashioned for thriving in a “living” and dynamic world.  It would be the our privilege to help do that.

We offer our workshops, ranging from short 3-4 hour intro courses to multi-day executive retreats, and yes, we have additional experiences for your spouse/partner to enjoy as your engaged during the day.  Free time and group activities may be arranged for evening.  We work very closely with our colleagues at Samatvam Academy, based in Gurgaon, India, with the potential to travel to site in the United States, Europe and India.  Fixed dates, locations and costs are available upon request – customized workshops and retreats is our pleasure.
