Healthy LivingAs the world population gallops, the ecological resources of the planet have come under severe strain. We do not stretch properly, breathe rightly, eat correctly, digest well or excrete satisfactorily. As a result, the body does not adequately rid itself of toxins. The blood remains impure, and the immune system is weakened. This leads to stiffness, headaches, skin eruptions, colds and flu as well as menstrual and reproductive problems. Psychosomatic diseases like migraine, asthma, diabetes, and ulcer are also an inadvertent outcome of the contemporary living conditions. Modern medical science has failed to find a cure for all of these. This is largely due to its failure to adopt a holistic approach towards the treatment of disease and the maintenance of health.
